YGC is currently looking for a Private Chef to work for our prestigious client in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Private Chef will be in charge of creating dishes that can be served to the client for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as providing food for guests whenever necessary. The Private Chef will oversee sourcing of ingredients, keeping an eye on all stock levels, and planning exciting menus to ensure variety in each meal whilst working in a timely and efficient manner.
The principal enjoys Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine, so it is of paramount importance that the Private Chef has prior experience and knowledge of this cuisines and is able to develop various dishes with creativity. If you are Chef with proven experience working in UHNW environments or for private clients, and have a passion for creating unique, beautifully presented culinary creations, we highly encourage you to apply to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Create gourmet menus, incorporating diverse cuisines and specific dietary restrictions
- Source and select the finest ingredients, ensuring impeccable quality and freshness
- Prepare and present meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, consistently surpassing expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, adhering to the highest hygiene standards
- Manage kitchen inventory, conduct ordering, and maintain cost control
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Private Chef for UHNW families or luxury establishments
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications
- Proficiency in a wide range of international cuisines and dietary preferences
- Ability to smoothly handle high-pressure situations and meet strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair in food presentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Discretion and a professional demeanor
